Good chimney and very good installation
Installation completed within 30 minutes. The chimney has 9 speed settings and the sound is very less for the lower settings. At 7 -9 speed settings the sound is a bit loud but the suction power of the chimney is 1500m3 per hour so it is expected.

Faber Chimney is very good in looks n work also, the sound is very low you won’t get irritate by sound. Suction is also good, value for money. I suggest this product to all who want perfect chimney. The technician who came for the installation was very kind n polite n explained me every detail of the product while operating the chimney.

Fixing was done quickly, good work.

Product stopped working in 1 week.
This chimney stopped working in 2 weeks. The service person came and cooly said it will take 10 days to fix and it has been 2 weeks. They cancelled and re-issued my service order may be to make it look like it’s not delayed. Still waiting to hear from them. Called customer service and complained. The service rep said he will escalate and hung up the while I was talking. I usually write reviews and try my best to make sure the I don’t hurt anyone in the process. This one I am thoroughly disappointed. It’s a brand new machine and still no response. Very hard to recommend Faber again.
