I recently purchased this chimney and although it’s too early to comment on its long-term functionality or performance, I am pleased with the overall experience so far. The delivery was timely, and the installation process was seamless.The Faber executive, Yashwant, who handled the installation, did an excellent job. He explained the possible installation options, including the optimal height for the chimney, and thoroughly demonstrated its functions. He was humble, friendly, and patiently answered all our questions. Additionally, he went above and beyond by cleaning up the installation mess, which is not common with other service executives.Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and the exceptional installation service.
