I have been using since 3-4 months and I would suggest that if you have power cut of 3-4 hours this is really useful. But if you’re having more power cut then just take inverter of high power. We are using 3-4 bulbs,2-3 fans and 1 computer/laptop for work from home set up.

not at all a good product and worst service
The inverter stopped working after 9 months, when I called the call centre no response till 1 month after that they sent some people and asked for paid service when I said the product is still in warranty they took Rs.350 of visiting charge and did nothing, the inverter is lying without use in my house. Worst product and even worst service never buy this product call center is one of the worst in india.

Satisfied with the product
Functioning well. Switching between main supply and battery is seamless. Proper voltage available. Quality of trolley is also decent. No damage during transportation as packaging is good.

Its good but!
Beaware the battery shows 13.8V as total charged, and when electricity goes it discharges only till 10.5V, further it doesn’t go.So basically if u think the whole charge from 13.8 will go to nearby zero it’s not so, hence it lasts for about 5-6hrs if there is one tubelight and fan switched on.I didn’t like it personallyHowever for 2-3 hrs use its good

Worst product and even worse customer services
The inverted stopped taking load within one month of installation. The customer service is rude.Not ready to send technician to check.Never buy this third class product .i want to give it even lesser rating .
