Great Quality and performance
Excellent cooling and features at a very affordable price and the cooling performance is great . Response from the customer care for installation is super quick and smooth . Little noisy compared to other products but overall performance is great. Definitely recommended

Pathetic
I have used this ac, from 5 th day onwards it stopped cooling, technician booked, visted and said problem in the ODU . From that time till today that spare part is not available..AC built in 2024 having problem, spare part not avilable. Great service from Godrej.. Keep it up.. If i had a chance to give negetive star â .. I would given that..Pathetic after sale service..Spare parts not traceable…Customer care not responding…Buy it… And then look forward for answers…

Product is good but service of Godrej is very very poor
Product is good,cooling is also fine. But service of Godrej is very horrible. For installation nobody contacted me I have taken several follow up. After that when technician visits our house they installed in the AC in the wrong place when they were working I told you them but they didn’t listen to me. After that I have paid full amount what they have asked for it for accesories and installation,they charged with18% of GST but they didn’t provide me any invoice. They left. When I called them firstly they refused to give the invoice and secondly they said they will sent it through WhatsApp they can’t provide hard copy. Even after when they provide in WhatsApp they were providing me hand written bill where no GST % was mentioned. I am totally dissatisfied with the service of Godrej. After that I called so many time to customer care as on date there is no solution and they didn’t provide any invoice.

Worst product
This is our 3rd ac and I really disappointed from it.Previously we have whirlpool ac which is much better than godrej ac.Godrej ac have Cheap and incomplete accesories/ installation kit, installation person charged rs. 450 for copper pipe wrapping, rs.300 for drain pipe which is normal water pipe for domestic use and rs. 950 for outside unit stand and I also paid for rs.1500 for installation charge. This ac dont have inbuilt stabiliser I have purchased externally rs. 2000.This product is complete waste of money and very cheap quality.Please please don’t buy this product…. Other AC’s are slightly costier but no hidden charges like godrej and better quality, better to go with other company products.Godrej is like naam bade our darshan chote….Please don’t buy.

Instalation Issues. Product is good.
Product was good . But only issue is with the Brand Instalation. It took almost 3 weeks to rectify the problem. Still there is a water condensation issue from the drain line. And service engineer told it was our fault due to location. They should have intimate before instaltion.Will Never purchase in future.
