Very poor Service on Installation.
I faced below issues from the service boys came for installation. Please find the points below:1) Service boys having very Rude behaviour.2) Outdoor unit is not fixed properly. Its in a slanting position. Level tools are not properly used.3) Instructions are not followed properly. I have asked them to fit the outdoor unit in the cornor so that it wont be a disturbance later. However, the final fix became as shown in the picture. Not in a level and not fixed properly. Even one screw is broken after fixing the outdoor unit. Attached photo of the same as well.4) Service cost is getting increased within no time. Installation cost is 1415, for stand 1000, drainage pipe 270(3meter), and i haves asked to install a stabiliser 250. This was rates they informed me before the installation. And once finished they asked me for another 250 for tape. Since I didnt agreed to pay any more amount. They removed the tapes which was tied on the pipes.5) No white cement or POP wasnt brought to hide the holes made during the installation. Since the holes are made by them this should be included in the total cost.6) We paid 34 thousand for the AC, 3000 for the Installation But the company is very poor to provide two Batteries to switch on the remote. These batteries may cost less than 50 rupees.I clearly dont understand, is this the way of service who should recieve for paying around 37Thousand rupees?

Worst product and worst services
Will not recommend to buy this product. I bought this product from Amazon on 17th Feb 2023 and it was installed on 18 th feb 2023 . On 23rd April the machine was not working and there was no cooling happening. I complained on godrej toll free no then after 3 days of follow up their technician visited and left saying gas leakage has happened and the next day again they visited refilled the gas and said problem has been resolved but the same day at night again there was no cooling happening. I complained again but these people are not ready to help they asked us in warranty and as it is in warrenty and they will not get anything so they neglect your complaint. Even Amazon people are not ready to help as their platform is only to sell the product and they have nothing to do with service and it’s the customer who keeps on struggling by calling company technician after spending 30k to get peacefull sleep at night.

Decent AC but the installation charges are way high.
AC is decent as per the price but the installation charges are 30 to 40% highter than any other good brand.This is my 4th AC in my house and while looking for the purchase I thought lets try Godrej as its little bit pocket friendly.Pros–Cost effective.Design is goodCons—Post sale service is not at all good.-Installation charges are higher than anyother good brands. As they charge more for the extra items like outer stand, and raping.-Installation guys are chanrging for each and everything like to fix the rubber pad in the outer wing which comes with AC they are askign money. Really @godrej-No Battery provided for the remot also the technecian do not carry any battery. What a cost cutting Idea . Hats off Godrej.- Cooling is not that great as compare to LG/Bluestar/Samsung or other higher brands. But managable 🙂
