Awesome product
Its been little over three months using this product and we are happy with the performance. We used the regular microwave mode as well as convection mode for various items. The process was easy, while the result was good.Further, we also tried the recipes given in the booklet. Personally we feel for some of the trivial things like rice and dal the pre-programmed time is more than the gas-cooking time which makes us question the use of microwave which is supposed to be efficient and hassle free cooking.So according to us the only drawback is that if one sticks to pre-programmed recipes he/she might end up spending more time than required for gas-cooking. However, if you know how to use the microwave then it will complement your gas-cooking making the process more efficient.Coming on to various aspects of product:1) Design & look: Good2) Built: Safe (please follow the instructions in the booklet for safe usage)3) Performance: Satisfactory4) Usability: GoodAs mentioned earlier we have used this product little over three months now. So will come back to review on the long term usage and warranty later.

Worst customer service, faulty product
The product is faulty and sparks every time on Convention mode. Fires up from the back. Technician comes up tries heating water and states it is working fine. I even had to pay 1500Rs for the fire that broke turning glass base. Worst product, worst manufacturer, worst service.Latest Update: I am asked to pay extra for repair again as the the wire is broken due to fire which is not covered by warranty. Still the cause for fire being faulty item is not considered under warranty. Waste of money as per my experience as it is being used as microwave instead of oven! Amazon too is not helpful with this as it is beyond 30 day return!
