Great quality product!
This toaster by the German brand Häfele absolutely meets my expectations. The make of the toaster is great; it has a steel case and is easy to use. It also stands out by its stylish looks and fits well into our kitchen. I can highly recommend this product!

Very well made product and works perfectly. The matte grey finish looks very nice as well. All sections of the heating element work and it makes uniform toasts. I initially ordered a cheaper product and had to return it because of quality issues. This product is very well made and is worth the price itâs selling for in Amazon.Update on June 20th. The toaster stopped working end May (it would just pop up without toasting) and the diagnosis was that the PCB was not working. Almost a month after the product was taken to the service centre, I am told that the part is not available and the toaster is not repairable and that I have to wait for a solution. Changed the rating to 1 star.Update June 25. Hafele replaced the toaster and informed me that all parts are now available at the service centres and such a problem wonât recur. Upping the rating system to 4 star as I believe they took the service issue seriously.

Worst Product and a cheater company
The toaster stopped working within 2 years and surprisingly the company is sitting on it for last 3 months giving assurances every time to replace it but every time it is a false promise.Very surprised to see such a so called reputed company to brave like this. A complete cheater.My advice never buy this product. At this price you will get lot other options

Best Toaster I have ever been experienced
I really liked this product because -1) Wide slots with a width of 3.5 cm. So I can easily use toaster not only for breads but also for other thick sized foods like donuts, thick breads and many others.2) Easy to clean: Easy to pull removable tray helped in thorough cleaning. I have used 3 different good brands toasters earlier and it was highly laboursome for us to clean all those toasters. But after having Hafele toaster, it has solved my earlier cleaning issue.3) Easy to use: 3 push buttons of defrost, reheat and cancle makes it very easy to operate toaster.4) There are 7 varied levels of browing controls to adjust according to your desired taste and crispiness level.5) It gives you option to use it not only for breads but also for toasting papads, defrostings waffles, reheating donuts and many more.So, I can surely recommend this toaster to the guys who are really looking for best Toaster in terms of functions and ease of use & clean.

Bread Toast and Omelette are a regular Breakfast staple for me.Since I bought this, toasting has become much easier and quicker.You can have desired level of browing within no time and your breakfast woes are sorted !!!PROS :1. Very easy and convenient to operate.2. Total 7 levels of browing.3. Stunning Looks.4. Wider Slot.5. Cleaning is effortless.CONS :Nothing !!! Just wished it had a slightly longer wire.GO FOR IT. One of the Best Toaster out there in the market.

Good looks. Brought it for the color which matched my kitchen.Simple and worked well.Used sparingly and only for toasting bread once a day, However, it’s 2 years and it has broken down. For a 4k toaster, this was not expected.
