Value for money
This is the basic model – for the price, it’s excellent. My only crib is, at times, I tend to overheat food as I have to still get used to the timer-knob.We used to use a microwave only for thawing and reheating food – this particular piece is the best for these 2 activities. Go for it if you don’t use any other function.

We all resort to buying from Amazon because of our daily busy life and because we do not have the time to go to a physical store to purchase products. But off late I have been have such issues and difficulties with most of the items I order from Amazon.Electrical appliances- one word of advice⦠avoid buying them from Amazon or online if you can. I recently bought a Haier microwave and it got delivered on the 9th ofAugust. I was out of town for work and came back on the 18th of Aug and unboxed the microwave to find out that the door of the microwave was defective and wouldnât close. A representative from Haier came for inspection and confirmed that it is defective piece. I raised a complain with Amazon and was told that the return policy is within ten days of delivery from the date of delivery and they will not return or replace it.I had ordered a sofa also a few days back from Amazon and specifically mentioned it to be delivered after 3 weeks from the date of purchase but it got delivered within 7 days( I had no place to keep it and told them to take it back and re deliver it but they refused. Also ordered a dining table which had installation mentioned with it but even after months of complaining nobody came to installed it and by then the return date had expired).Coming back to the microwave, they refused any return or replacement and I was asked to get In touch with Haier directly for the same and guess what, Haier also refused to get it repaired even though itâs within warranty and asked me to speak to the source of purchase which is Amazon.Such is the state of Amazon in recent times and buying electronic appliances from amazon should be a big no⦠but then again we are helpless buyers depending on the convenience of online shopping and hence Amazon.However do think twice before buying an appliance on Amazon.. I am still suffering the brunt for it.

 Very nice product. Value for money. Simple and elegant design. To be checked whether service center and also about the service they provide. This is the first product from Haier I am buying,so service creteria need to be checked. Other wise the product is very good. Delivery is perfect and exchange also taken back with out any issues after perfectly checking.
