Havells brand itself speaks about their product.This fan with BLDC motor, energy saving, copper colour with attractive look with sleek design remote and most competitive price in market has been factor to buy the product. It is showing expected results so far.Appearance, Operation and Performance is absolutely amazing due to its broad blades. Noise level is very less. Will review again, once it complets atleast 6 months.Air throw is as good as other regular fans with reputed brands.Only price is high in comparison to regular fans, but I got it on very reasonable price during sale. Consumption of electricity is almost half with respect to conventional fans.Undoubtably You can go for it.Note:- Till now, Not connected with Inverter. So, performance on inverter will be updated later.

Bad product, worst Amazon customer care service
I ordered two Havells fans and the remote of both the fans do not work. One fan’s speed doesn’t change with the regulator and the other fan’s airflow is very slow. Since the remotes were not working we could not change the speed of the fan. The worst part comes when I contacted the Amazon customer care service. Firstly they don’t provide a return option as they have replacement policy. As I needed the fan on an urgent basis, the replacement policy did not help. The customer care executive told me they’ll be replacing the fan on the next day I received it, they did not keep up to what they promised. It’s been 2 days and the pickup has not yet taken place. Also for the exchanged product I haven’t even received an estimated delivery date even after insisting the customer care to send it the next day only as I needed it on an urgent basis.Also when I spoke twice with the customer care, first they said if the exchanged product is defective too then again it will be replaced and I don’t know how long will I have to wait to get a fan from them. On the second time when I called them, they said if the exchanged product is defective too, I’ll get the option to return it. The second time they told me that the information I got the first time was wrong and product can be returned if received defective again. This shows how they only do not know their own policies.The customer service also kept on repeating the same things like a robot when I asked them different questions. This is not what a customer care service should be. Repeating the same details which I can see through the app on my orders makes no sense. You are there to help us also do the job properly rather than just telling us what we know.Also I wasn’t able to put the review without rating the product. It doesn’t deserve a single star as well.Majorly disappointed by the Amazon customer care services.

Maybe the best Bldc fan in this price range
The fan came in a sturdy packaging. Also the fan was packed safely with all its components. Fan has a sturdy motor with high quality hex nuts bolts and screws. Quality is very high and good in this fan. I was using atomberg renesa bldc before this. Both are good fans. But quality wise havells wins. It comes with double ball bearing which is a plus point. And has a remote with a good build quality. Coming to the performance it is better than normal fans and other bldc fans. It has smooth air circulation over the room and somehow manages not to heat and throw a cool flow of air. Speed is low but doesn’t matter airflow is good. It is silent and performing well. Installation of this ceiling fan was easy. Bldc technology has its own cons and pros. Will update in future about this fan. Go for it, its a good fan in budget…
