Don’t buy this product. Pathetic customer service of Havell
Please don’t buy this product. I purchased three Havells remote ceiling fans, and none of the remotes function properly. I contacted Amazon customer care, who replaced two fans, but the return window for the third fan had closed. The replaced ceiling fans also have the same problem.Amazon advised me to contact Havells customer service, providing me with their contact number. Since June 26, I have been contacting Havells customer service. They have repeatedly promised that a technician would visit my place to fix the issue, but no one has come. Each time I call, their customer care executives assure me that they have escalated my issue to the branch manager and that a technician will visit soon.I waited with the hope that the technician would come and repair the defect, but in the meantime, I noticed that the return window had closed. I have lost approximately INR 10,000 on these defective fans. To prevent others from facing the same problem, I am posting this review. The customer service has been pathetic, and I advise everyone not to buy any electrical devices online to avoid such mental agony.

Havells BLDC fan is good but little nosier on full speed.In the description mentioned as 2+1* year warranty but you get only 2 yrs warranty.Additional 1 year warranty you will not get.From Havells brand only 2 years of warranty is provided.
