Product as per expectations
The quality of the heater is very good and heats up the room even in medium setting. I have purchased it for my parents use. They are very much satisfied with the product and it’s very easy to operate as well.

There was a hole in the body. As if someone had pushed a nail in it! Also, the fan was not working. Have asked for a replacement.Update after some days: My replacement has arrived. It is working fine.

Only positive point it has is – not having much noise like other local blowers.It can’t throw air too far like other local hot air blowers – which creates other problem making front grill (made of plastic) too hot that it can damage anything it touches, at times it feels the front covering plastic would melt now. ( so you can’t touch your feets with blowers, it would burn either your socks or feet).The switch for low to high is actually on/off switch – it doesn’t increase speed of air -remains same always no matter if you keep pointer towards low or high.One of the switch stopped working after using only a month.Last thing, if you’re purchasing this for the purpose of room warming- plz don’t buy.

No problem at all. It starts automatically and run as we want. No precautions no hazards and no extra heat to be alert. Simple to use by old and sick people and children. I loved it as I used it.
