Faulty Havells Heater – Causes Power Outage HP10 Auto 1000 watt Immersion Heater
I received the product with an open tape on the box. Additionally, the inner package had some open space, and I didn’t receive the Amazon packaging.I received the Havells heater today and encountered significant issues upon use. When I turned it on for the first time, it caused a complete power outage in my home. I had to call an electrician to restore the electricity.After the electricity was restored, I tried using the heater on medium mode. Within 5 minutes, it automatically turned off, and the water remained lukewarm. I then tried the high mode, and the same issue occurred: the heater turned off within 5 minutes, leaving only the upper layer of water slightly warm while the bottom remained cold.This product has not only failed to heat water adequately but also caused a major electrical issue in my home. I would like to return this product as it is faulty and unsafe to use.
