I have bought this before 1 year, some how it’s stop to working. I just make a call to service centre and they have replaced this and give a New peice as it’s has 2 year warranty.Thank you Havells for good customer service.I advise buy this product, it’s automatic off features really good.

Don’t be fooled by anonymity
I had a terrible experience with this product. The service was unhelpful. The product stopped working within a month and not getting any support be it from the Havells and Amazon too.

Good product
Best part pf this product is its auto-cut feature. Easy to use with any type of bucket, plastic or tin. Its great in safety view too. Like when lights goes off you can just fold the product and hang it and forget casually that switch is on. It won,t start without unfolding its cover

Product not working within 2 months
The heater has conked off within 2 months of buying it. Not sure how the replacement process works since the warranty card is not signed nor do we have outlets wherein this may get repaired within the warranty. One of the issues of buying products online!!!!
