I got my chimney 0n 17 july 2024. Good pakaging and Value for money, good looks, good suction capacity with this 3 mode, enough suitably it for my three burner cooktop, low noise overall it’s a nice good product for this budget and it is not necessarily to call installer it can easily install by myself. go for it I must say.

Very Very Poor After Sales Service
The product is good as it stands. But it is backed by a very very poor after sales service. Such a big company have one person handling entire NCR and he is not paid enough to come from Ghaziabad to Gurgaon by the company, so he says himself. The chimney has been very noisy and was obviously not installed properly. Now nobody comes to service it despite repeated pleas and requested. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
