Worst after sale service
Who are on a budget and wants a chimney please don’t go for any models from Hindware.They have poor after sale support.My chimney motor got faulty and it was replaced under warranty but the same day the motor started making noise and chimney has lots of vibration.After a month of follow up I got the service from them and it end up bad the same day.Kindly avoid hindware and buy from other reputed brands.Update March 3rd 2024Raised complain on Dec 2nd 2023 and got motor replacement and within same day the blower blade broken and the engineer covered it up that it was my mistake and not his. It got damaged while installing the new motor. And then after multiple follow up got a call registered and they asked me to pay 950â¹ for the blower and got 300â¹ as service charge for identifying the issue.Now the ticket has been closed due to some reason.Done with this stupid brand and their lowsy customer service.So pathetic they are. Please buy from a reputed brand like Faber etc.Avoid hindware

I received product on time. Installation was done on the next day. The duct pipe which was supplied by the company was very ordinary and it was not useful for installation. I have brought another pipe. The sound of the chimney is very loud
