Good and budget-friendly; tolerable noise
I like it overall. We use it everyday. A little noisy, but for the budget, I’m ok with that. Have to talk a little louder when chimney is on.Cons:- Pipe that came along was made of aluminium foil-type material. Installation guy said that doesn’t last long. So I had to buy PVC pipes separately from him. Cost me around 3K for 2 pipes.

In my opinion this is the best chimney in this price range
The product is very good but the engineer who is there for the installation was very rude and asking for extra money. Didn’t install properly I had to reassign local engineer to install. But the service center of this company helped me a lot.

Pathetic/No after sales service
I purchased a Hindware Nadia 60cm chimney on October 2023. In April 2024, it stopped functioning. On 15th April, I raised a complaint via customer care. A technician visited around 22nd April and found that the PCB unit and one LED light were malfunctioning. He took the PCB unit with him and promised to return within 7 days to fix the new PCB unit with LED.I continuously followed up with customer care and the service center head, but the complaint was canceled without any reason by the area service center. On 22nd May, I logged the complaint again. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer care and the area service center, the ticket was closed again after some time. This process has been repeated four times.I am frustrated with the lies and continuous follow-ups. No one is taking it seriously. The area service center claims, âwe donât have parts available.â Customer care is not cooperative and keeps closing tickets repeatedly. The image of Hindware is deteriorating due to this behavior.In short after sales service is pathetic.

Good product. Weird installation attachments
The product works fine but the main problem which I encountered after installation was that the chimney pipe provided with the package is too small to fit. When i contacted the hindware customer care they sent a representative who said they never fit. You need to fit a new chimney exhaust pipe for which you have to pay Rs 2000 this is sheer cheating.Or so called hidden costs.
