I would give it minus rating if I could. First of all after delivery no one showed up for installation for about a week. When the box was opened the Product came with defect which was fixed in about a week. It worked for about 15 days and broke down again and couldnât be started. Second breakdown in first month of purchase and no support from Amazon or hitachi for 5 days. Technician visited after 5 days and gave solution which was again good for a week and it broke down again and started throwing air straight from volcano and still no solution provided, I am expecting it to work once the summer gets over.There was very very poor service and support from Hitachi and I will never purchase hitachi product ever.What made it worst was worlds biggest e-commerce giant Amazon didnât provide any support either rather kept on giving excuses ie contact brand and kept on connecting me to different executives who would ask same question again and again.Buying product from Amazon was big mistake, it feels like I paid for ruining my own happiness this summer. Almost about 2 months since my purchase and still fighting for a mere AC to work.

Overall Hitachi DC inverter AC is good performing it’s cooling capacity is so much powerful I brought 1.5 3 star â which is so much value for money, my room size is near about 250 sqf to above but still this ac work powerfully. And so much pocket friendly. But I also add one this there are some features are missing so company have to add it . And suggest to everyone go for this Hitachi brand It’s tecnology is so powerful and advance and reliable. Thankyou!

Excellent cooling
I’m happy with this purchase. I have been using the Ac for a week and we are experiencing great comfort and cooling. At 24 to 26 temperature this ac gives good cooling for 4 to 5 people in the room. Installation team behaved well and guided properly in using the functions of Ac. I will surely recommend Hitachi brand for everyone because of it’s cooling capacity and Price range.

Great product form reputed Japanese Brand
Hitachi is an great Japan brand , they lived upto the exception of delivering high quality product .This ac has many advanced feature , like frost wash , filter cleaning alert .Also there product support is amazing, I had some initial hiccups but once I reached out to proper channel everything is very smooth.

Very poor quality of service
Purchase day – 2/5/2024, since the day of installation the ac was not cooling properly. After a lot of persual, the Hitachi service centre sent the engineer who said it needed to be installed on the terrace. We had to pay for deinstallation and re installation. The ac is still not cooling and the service centre is not responding.
