Search “HomeMate Smart” on App store or Scan the QR code to download and install it. Set up your “HomeMate Smart” account.Turn on Touch Panel and Select add Device > Wall Switch and confirm the device in the App. Connect the Touch Panel to your local WIFI with your phone connecting to it. Connect Alexa device
Log in Alexa app, Choose skills in the options bar, and search the HomeMate Smart.Select HomeMate Smart skill and then click the Enable skill.When it prompt successfully linked, it means the Alexa account is linked with HomeMate Smart account.

Great functional and affordable solution!
I have purchased and been using the following items from HomeMate for a while now-2 x 4 gang smart switch to control lights, fans etc1 x 24A switch to control my AC2 x Smart Downlight1 x LED stripInitially the pairing wasnât processing and hence, contacted their team for support. Their backend personnel gave me proper guidance for setting up the system.I have had multiple doubts and queries which have always been addressed to and resolved.I have even given them some feedback on the downlight app functionality and await their response and improvement towards the same.If youâre in the market for smart home automation, do check them out for affordable and functional solutions.Overall, build quality is really good, backed up by good after sales support, I donât see a reason why this company canât grow really well. This switch made it easier to control the electrical components on my standing desk. Added an elegant look and convenience of remote operation. Using it since last 3 months and it is worth the money spent on it. I like the HomeMate mobile app too.

Worst products never buy anything from homemate
 Starting with first order i ordered a 4gang switch from home mate when it got delivered the switch was minor damages from the corner but i ignored it and installed the switch.But after the switch was installed after 2 days one of the button suddenly stopped working so then i decided to replace it.When i received the replacement order the second unit was also damaged which i againg tried to replace because i have changed my wiring according to the switch and i was stuck now but amazon said you can now only return it replacement doesnt work second time.So now i ordered a new switch againg and returned the old damaged switch now this time the new switch can all ok with no visible damages and i installed it after using the switch for an hour the lights started geting on and off automatically later that night when i was sleeping at 2 Am suddenly the room lights turned on without any input which disturbed my sleep so i thought it might be a software glitch so i contacted homemate customer care so now this homemate guy tells me you will need to change the switch and we will arrange a pickup and after 4 to 5 days we will deliver a new switch, So now my question is if i send this switch to homemate what will i use for next 4 to 5 days??So now at the end i took the decision to return it to amazon revert my total wiring and install the old switches.This was my whole terrible experience with homemate.never buy anything from homemate.I would never suggest anyone to buy this cheap product from such a cheap company.

Beutiful and Useful
Product is very nice and works well with touch and app.Also faced problem with 1 switch where it was getting switched on randomly sometimes, i contacted the company and they replaced it with new unit and also did fitting with electrician for same.Long term reliability is still to be seen.As of now it looks great along with great customer service.

Not Durable.
I’m writing this review after using it for more than 2 years. Fits it standard snap fit switch module. You get four switches, in place of two switches. One touch on/ off. With app we get timer on/off function. No time delay in switching. Easy to install and use.But as time pass by, the switch started degrading. After about 6 months, wifi was frequently disconnecting. I changed my router position, no use. After 1 year, it disconnected and then never getting connected to wifi. Now using it as touch switch without wifi. Fyi, I’m using this switch in air-conditioned room- no chance of overheating etc.When new, usually white light is lit on all switches, turns blue when switch is ON. But now bottom 2 gang white light is gone (not getting lit). But blue light is working when switch is ON.Not Durable, within 2 years switch got degraded, can’t imagine how long this will last. Not worth for the price point.
