Best laptop for working
I bought it for around Rs. 50k on January 2023 and it’s the only laptop at that price range that provides 16gb ram along with 512gb SSD.The display is okay, not great. I am now seeing some lines inside the display, which keep in mind is after almost 2 years of purchase.The chipset and battery is pretty good for running the normal work stuff, but is not great for gaming. You can play some games in it, obviously with low graphics and it will run just fine.The battery will last for a day after a full charge if using just the office tools like excel or MS word.The sound system is okay, not something to praise about.

Been using this for 4 days and it is a decent laptop in this range.-Display is good- Speakers are loud and clear- Only 2 USB ports is a little disadvantage- Processing speed is good.Will update with more usage.

After 4 month no display
I purchased the hp on April 2024, but after 4 month there was no display, the hp technician told me that ram was fault , and to our surprise this ram was not a hp product as there was no CT no on it, I want to know how a local ram was instaled in a brand new hp ryzen laptop, the hp should investigate about it as the seller who sold the hp product did the malpractice of installing a local ram subsequently defaming the hp company….it was sold by Appario retail private ltd, disgusting

Display Screen
 The overall quality of the product is good, but the display quality is very poor. After a month, the screen began having blurry images and flickering. After many follow-ups, the HP team resolved the issue, but the same problem keeps recurring. Finally, they did a system reset. Now, I can see the screen, but not as clearly as I expected.
