Does not clean vessels as good as it should be meant to do
this dishwasher does not clean the vessels with decent quality. We called the Service people 5 to 6 time to check if there is any problem in the machine, but there was none. The water quality at our place is soft and good, Water hardness is not even a problem , we have good salt being used along with water softener, But still, the vessels did not clean well. This is a product has design flaw. Do not buy this model of dishwasher at all.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

The upper spray arm dangles loosely and hits the upper rack during operation
Great product! But the spray arm is very loose and made of some sort of plastic that looks very cheap. Without proper support it hangs loosely and hits the racks above.Also milk pot bottom may not get cleaned thoroughly.

Average product . Nothing is new.
Not as expected. Cleaning is not good and leaving the cleaning ingredients on the vessel after clearing is completed. Very delicate body and the performance is also delicate. Other brands with half of the price of this machine offering equal features with good build quality and smoother performance. Not worth buying it for this price. Service support is also poor including from the stage of installation and also accessories and cleaning materials are very expensive.

Worst customer experience from IFB
IFB techinitians and installations service team speaks very rash and they speak like a blackmail, if you dont buy goods from them they deny warranty.Technitians comes up with different rules which are not written anywhere and deny warranty.They make lot agitated with all their rash language and I had reach customer care.Customer care just redirect to them, without not letting you know what will change this time.I have spend half trying to reach followup to get sorted. Finally technition trainer confirmed there is such things.Either i can be happy with product or keep worrying what happens to my warranty and make our life hell.I do not suggest buying IFB products, i felt they do not have control of warranty and support. All of them delegated to dealers, who act based on self interest than solving customer problem.I wish i had choice to return back and buy from different brand.

I never expected that dishwashers would suit to the cleaning Indian kitchen equipment. IFB 16 place settings dishwasher is a perfect Dishwasher and I would strongly recommend particularly for working couples.
