 It is good in all things except power consumption. Heating is good within minimum time. Even use of product is easy. Feature on given touch panel and button work very well.

Not a durable product
Although the Microwave oven is good with many cooking options, it starts giving problems after 3 years. Just the days after warranty expired, it has stopped working one day. The IFB service charges hefty for the repairs. They charged around Rs.1500/- for some diodes and fuse replacement.And few months after that, the start button was not working and the IFB service changed the whole touch panel for it and another hefty bill for that again.I think I will end up paying the service charges equivalent to the new microwave oven with in 5 years of purchase. Before buying this product I had an LG microwave oven which lasted nearly 10 years after which the magnatron has gone which is common in the microwave ovens. Instead of getting the old one repaired I bought this new IFB oven based on the reviews I saw in the amazon. Product’s performance is ok but the durability is the issue. IFB charges hefty even for the small issues.
