It was a wrong selection of model, so I had to return it. Otherwise, it compared well with other available model…I have many IFB machines and I am impressed with the good quality & prompt after sales service. Very prompt, polite & efficient.

Horrible customer service and customer support..
I repent not going for LD or Samsung before opting for IFB. Horrible company and work representative tied up with Amazon customer service. They statergically play on call by transferring call from one executive to another to loose out on time and ultimately delay the return date. I ordered for microwave oven and raised ticket for demo. Demo person seems not interested and calls are only getting transfered .the return request is also not being raised. Horrible product. A BIG No No to the product and specially IFB for worst policies . PLease DO NOT BUY IFB
