Pathetic product, have to raise complain 4 times for various issues faced in last 2 months.
The product was delivered on 6th June and since then i have to raise 4 complains regarding various issues that I am facing. The technician has visited twice and in the last call i am not even getting a technician visiting home after 3 days of complain being raised.Problem1 – the water continuously drizzles from the freezer into the fridge.Problem2 – on defrosting fridge, the water overflows from the back outlet and the surface gets completely wet.Problem 3 – now even the fridge is not getting defrosted and the whole Ice built-up has happened in the fridge and the milk trayA electronic product cant function so badly in the first 2 months of purchase, so kindly arrange for a refund and return of the product please.
