No display unit to know the timings of a programme.
Quality wise it’s ok.Got it for 16,200/- during great Indian festival.But installation people suggested to purchase a motor to clean water worth of 2600/-,tub cleaning powder 1600/-,stand 1500/-,extra pipe 700/-, liquid 300/- and cover 700/-.Nearly 7,000/- they said their intension is to loot money from customer.Just I was taken only stand and ordered liquid and cleaner tabs for 300/-. From Amazon.Don’t take anything from installation person.Still I need to use it properly to write review on functioning.Functioning is ok but taking more time to wash.

Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI purchased this washing machine with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a headache. First of all, it arrived damaged, with dents and scratches all over the exterior. Not a great start. Then, when I finally got it set up and tried to use it, I encountered multiple issues with the functionality.The machine is incredibly noisy, sounding like a jet engine taking off every time it runs. It’s so loud that I can’t even have a conversation in the same room while it’s running. And despite its deafening noise, it doesn’t even clean clothes properly. I’ve had to rewash loads multiple times just to get them somewhat clean.To make matters worse, the control panel is confusing and poorly designed. It’s not intuitive at all, and I find myself constantly referring back to the manual just to figure out how to start a basic wash cycle. And even when I do manage to get it started, the cycle times are ridiculously long. Who has time to wait three hours for a load of laundry to finish?Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with this washing machine. It’s loud, inefficient, and poorly designed. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a reliable appliance.

In order to economise the cost, it is made too simple, missing several features as existed in the earlier 6 kg IFB washing machine. Maybe, the higher capacity machines are good. Recommend not to buy this 6 kg machine if you are looking for better features.

Parts were missing
Screws for fitting the top were missing and it came to the notice during the installation. Since we were suggested to replaced and being a working couple we couldnât get into the hassle of replacing the entire product, we left it as it is and additional screw was brought by the technician after few days

 I received this product on Sunday early morning. I was hoping that the technician will come to install it on Sunday itself, but nobody came. I waited whole day on monday still no progress. Tuesday at 5 PM i got frustrated and i understood why people are complaining about the installation and service provided by IFB. I m confused whether i should regret buying this washing machine or not. I got it installed by some electrician and i had to pay for the installation as well because i couldn’t believe on the IFB service and technician. Anyway. The washing machine is working amazing. However if you can install it by yourself or pay for installation by some technician than go for it. Or else go with Samsung they provide superb customer service as compared to any other.Washing machine doesn’t make noiseIt doesn’t jumpIt washes clothes very wellIt consumes less water as compared to the top load.
