Installation Team Forcing to buy a IFB stand
I bought this machine from amazon and according to recommendation also bought a stand from amazon. However when installation team called, they said if i use a stand not bought from IFB, machine will not be under warranty anymore.This is highly un-acceptable. Either IFB products should say so in product description that warranty is only applicable if a stand is bought from IFB OR IFB should not be allowed to sell on amazon

Product is good, but service is delayed.
Wash and everything is good, but I got delivered a defective product with door sensor issue, I raised a replacement, took 2 weeks but it’s got replaced after 10-15 back and forth calls everywhere from customer care to replacement executive at IFB. So, if you aren’t from tier 1 city, you could face some problems with its replacement and repairs. Please mind that. (I am from tier 1 city, Delhi)
