It does it’s work well, what is described. Wash of cloth is good. Good features.After 2days of got delivered and installed, it did not work. After complain the service guy came and told some sensor issue and that generally happened during transport.Then during installation y they do mot check.

There no option of minus rating. Today is d 10th day of this machine and it has stopped working. No error code, nothing. Just stopped working. Service person unable to identify problem. Pls pls pls, go for any other option like another front load machine / top load machine /Handwash and when u save money on not buying this machine, donate it to gud charity but don’t buy this machine. I don’t know y I bought this.

 Have been using my old ifb machine for past 16 years , experience had been good but due to its age and spares shortage, was looking for a new one. My experience with my area’s ifb representative was very good so was looking for ifb itself.During Amazon sale , got my ifb 8kg senator neo sxs (silver) 1200rpm 2033 model for 24k including sbi credit card discount (3500rs) , coupon (2000rs) and old machine exchanged (3000rs) . The best deal one can find online or offline.Amazon delivered machine in 2 days as expected, installation team arrived next day , everything done .Note : ifb representative may pressurize you to get their own water softener on mrp price , if not your warranty will be void , dont fall for such claims.I excalated the issue to his seniors and got this solved.Now i have a farily better water softener in place . Descaling is important every 4 months .Coming to product,Pros :-Washing quality , low noise of 1200rpm inverter motor and drum,Lesser electricity consumption, 4years comprahensive warranty.No vibrationsCons :-AI control is just marketing gimmick,Nothing else for now .Will update after few months of usage of my experience.

It is a nice product from IFB, You can purchase it without hesitation.PS: After using 5 months the machine stoped water intake then I found the problem not with the machine it is in the watter filter forcibly sold while installation.
