 I have regularly been using Mr Saran’s Instacuppa products. The waffle maker is one of the good ones. I opened the beautiful cardboard box to find that the waffle maker was very neatly and safely packed inside a protective covering. There were two cards inside; one for one year warantee registration and the other one for a free give-away waffle tong when you register. Apart from this, there was an instruction manual which is brief and unlike other products of China make, it is written in good English. At first, I cleaned the product as instructed with a wipe cloth. After that, I let it dry. Then for making waffle, I used ‘OUI Belgian eggless waffle 🧇 mix’ available on the Amazon. I used the waffle mix and water in 1 is to half ratio. That means one cup mix with half cup water. I thoroughly whisked them to make a smooth thick batter without lumps and then I poured the 40-50 ml (about 1 third cup) mixture on a preheated & pre-oil sprinkled waffle maker to make a four inch peice of joy. You will know that it is ready when the indicator light on the top goes off. After this I waited for 12 minutes. As a matter of fact the time needed for making a waffle depends on the amount of water you use for prepairing the batter. Anyway, check your machine after 12 minutes. When the waffle is ready, it will come out very easily off the non- stick surface and it will not be sagging in the middle. Children enjoyed it the best with chocolate syrup and ice cream. Its final cooked consistency is best when kept between crisp and soft. The waffle maker becomes very hot so it is desirable that you let it cool before storing. I also advise that you read the user manual properly and follow the instructions. It will be good if you register it for warranty as given in the enclosed cards within the box. If you take precautions with the heated machine then handling is very easy even for kids around 10 to 15 years. One clever safety thing which the manufacturer has done is that they have given a very sturdy but short, two pin cord that means you will have to place it on a safe kitchen-top where electric connection is available and not just anywhere. In my opinion it is so conveniently small that it will be fun to carry it when you travel somewhere; but of course you need electricity for making a waffle 🧇 with this portable machine. Rest assured, enjoy.

Great product.Small and compact.Price is also reasonable.Waffle turnedup well.Loved the product.I recommend this for making waffle in small quantities.To get it crispy will take 8-10 minutes.

Good product just too small!!
It is a cute little thing, palm size, works fine, but too small. Cord length must be bigger. Takes time for the waffle to become crispy!
