Very good product and customer support team
This is my first review on amazon and I write it because I am extremely happy with the product and the team of Instacuppa. I had purchased the portable blender last year and used it almost everyday. I had activated 1 year warrenty at the time of purchase. My blender somehow stopped working in the last week of warrenty and I wrote a mail to the team right away. They promptly helped me troubleshooting the issue and at the end replaced my blender without any hassles. Kudos to the team and their effort to keep their customers happy.

 Pro- 1) Single touch use2) rechargeable3) easy to wash4) safeCons- 1) gets stuck when anything comes in the way of blade, even something soft like a banana piece.THE BLADES WERE NOT SHARP AND SERRATED AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE.Even on turning it upside down the pieces were not coming out.2) Sometimes when solid items are put, like muesli, and dry fruits, it stops working and shows red light even when fully charged. I had to be very careful with what I put in it- it has to be soft, cut in very smalls piece of less than a cm.3) Doesn’t have a smooth blending, it leaves little chunks even after blending for 4-5 mins4) I am not sure if it’s portable as it turns on even with a single gentle touch, so what if it gets turned on in your carry bag!?5) Food particles get stuck below the blade and you have to open and clean if that happens6) Expensive7) Not sure about durability as I am returning it after try it 2-3 times
