This is a very good product. It is very spacious with very good size of heating plate.. performance is really good. It is durable and comes with auto cook menu features..

Good product , exchange offer was a plus
Been using LG microwave for the past 10 yrs. Suddenly one day the reheat magnetron went kaput. Didn’t bother to fix it . Amazon had a deal going to exchange any make any condition and got 1000/- plus some bank discounts. Overall good and delivered as promised. The new 28L is more squarish which means it’s bulkier but takes less space length wise. The older one was rectangular and the cord on the new microwave is on the right corner instead of left. So some moving around needed to be done to reach the socket.
Product is excellent but in the package there was not recipe book as well –
