Easy, economical and perfect – Review after one month of usage.
Requirement was to have hot water in our new rented apartment (family of 3), primarily used for bathing from bucket. Using the heater for a month and found it perfect for our family use. I was confused between instant and storage water heaters. And finally took the plunge seeing the reviews and it turned out to be good. Hot water comes quick, and can easily fill a whole bucket if you keep the tap half/quarter open.As other reviews, the unit gets shipped without the 3 pin connector and the pipes. I got if from the shop outside and installed the unit myself. It is doable but do take caution while fixing the 3 pin connector.Don’t fret, go for it!

Disappointing After Sales Service and Warranty Claim Experience with Lifelong Company
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Lifelong Company’s after-sales service and warranty claim process, and I must say, it was utterly disappointing. Despite purchasing their product with the assurance of quality service and warranty coverage, my encounter with their customer support team left me deeply unsatisfied.Firstly, attempting to reach their customer service was akin to navigating a labyrinth. The phone lines seemed to be constantly busy, and when I finally managed to get through, the wait times were excruciatingly long. It felt as though my time and concerns were not valued in the slightest.Upon finally speaking with a representative, I was met with indifference and apathy. Instead of offering assistance and guidance, I was met with bureaucratic hurdles and a lack of empathy for my situation. It was abundantly clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for Lifelong Company.Furthermore, the process of filing a warranty claim was needlessly convoluted. I was required to jump through hoops, providing an excessive amount of documentation and proof of purchase, only to be met with delays and uncertainty regarding the status of my claim.To make matters worse, even after the warranty claim was supposedly processed, the resolution provided was subpar.In summary, my experience with Lifelong Company’s after-sales service and warranty claim process was a complete and utter letdown. From the lack of responsiveness and empathy from their customer support team to the cumbersome and ineffective warranty claim process, I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before investing in their products.

Good instant water heater. Heats the water quickly. Have cut off also.Installation is payable (around 650 INR). Comes with nil accessory. No pipes or 3 pin. The accessories cost around INR 350. The company will arrange installation quickly and if we request the service person will come with pipes and 3 pin.

I purchased this item in Dec 2019 and writing the review in Dec 2023 ð . Yes, and that too on the day when it has stopped working. But wait not a negative review , I am actually amused with the durability of this geyser which just cost me less than 2k bugs and I used in used it uninterrupted for 4 years although the warranty cover is for just 2 years. So, here is my roadies ð«¡ to this product. Nevertheless the product functioning was also prime from the day I bought until it broke.
