Livpure wasn’t able to Install the Chimney even in 5 days
I bought the Livpure Chimney from Amazon and received the message from Livpure on 14th August that your chimney will be installed but it wasn’t installed on 14th. Service Engineer Neeraj Pal didn’t answered the call.Next day on15th Neeraj pal told me that today is independce day and I will install your chimney surely by today afternoon.I let it go for it was holiday, but service engineer didn’t turned up even next day on 16th and even didn’t answered my call.I made number of calls to Livpure customer care and even to Amazon.I was assured that chimney will be installed today anyhow but it failed.Today is 17th and still after number of follow ups, no one show up to install the chimney and service engineer assured me early morning, then in afternoon and evening that chimney will be installed today anyhow.Lastly, I lost all hopes and called Amazon once more.They even suggested me to return the chimney as company service attitude at the time of installation is so poor so how will they provide service in future. Finally now I am returning this useful for nothing product.Only buy this product if you have worked in a chimney manufacturing company and knows how to install and repair it on your own.

Budget price machine
 A little noisy otherwise everything is fine. The sensor based hand gesture operation is a good feature. The exhaust pipe provided by product manufacturer is not of a very good quality. Bought a seperate 10 fit aluminium pipe for â¹1200. A good machine at budget price.Amazon itself doesn’t raise installation request with product manufacturer. Customer himself or herself is expected to raise installation request with customer care and this thing should have been specifically mentioned it at the time of purchase by Amazon.
