Worthless product if water pressure is high and TDS is in 400-450 range.
I purchased this expensive water purifier from Livpure on Amazon, and my experience has been highly disappointing. Initially, a technician came to install the unit, and it worked properly for a couple of days. However, it soon malfunctioned, with no waste water being discharged and the TDS of the filtered water rising to around 380. Unfortunately, we drank this undrinkable water for a week before noticing the odd taste.When I raised a complaint, the customer care executive informed me that there was no warranty or guarantee on any of the water candles inside the purifier. This policy seemed absurd, especially since it meant that even if a candle malfunctioned just 5 minutes after purchase, Livpure would not cover it.A technician then visited and spent hours replacing each part of the purifier, including the sediment, RO, UV, and UF filters, but all were working individually. After a couple of hours, he replaced a flow controller valve, and the purifier started working again. However, he blamed the issue on the high water pressure in our high-rise building and insisted that we spend an additional ₹1200 on an external filter. He claimed that without this filter, the purifier would face the same issue and the candles would stop working within a few weeks.I reluctantly agreed to the extra expense but questioned why a pressure valve wasn’t installed instead. The technician had no definite answer and kept insisting that the external filter was the solution. After working for a few days, the purifier started making loud noises and leaking water. I’ve registered another complaint to resolve this issue.In summary, if you have high TDS water (e.g., 400-450) and high water pressure, do not waste your money on Livpure products. It seems Livpure’s purchased products are of different quality compared to their subscription-based models, which worked fantastically for several months in my home. I strongly suggest looking into other brands for a more reliable purifier.

Reduced the tds of water from 480 to 57, water tastes good, capacity also seems to suffice if you connect it to inverter

The RO got damaged in less than a month. Afraid of maintainance cost for the next RO replacement.
I leaves in Bangalore and do not depend on the Water supplier agents due to high cost of water cane. As I was carrying water twice a week i.e. 4 canes(80 ltrs) for my family, and it was not always possible to do so, I planned to purchase this item. I ordered this in amazon on 9th May and it got delivered on 11th May due to election in Bangalore though it was 1 day delivery but I am OK with this. The installation guy installed with around 110/120 TDS and told it will come down to 80-90 TDS after few days. But I was checking every alternate days and it was increasing rather than decreasing. Anyways water taste and every thing was OK until 15-16 days. In between my wife complained me that the purifier is not working, it’s motor stops running before the tank gets full, it gives less than 500ml water, there no sound of the machine and bla bla bla. But I was ignoring her and arguing that this is automated system and will stop only once tank gets full etc. But later I realize when I started avoiding to drink the water due to bad taste agreed whatever she was complainig was 100% correct. Then I raised a complaint on 15th June(1 Month and 4 Days) and the technician came afternoon 3pm same day. I immediately rush from office as I do not usualy believe any technicians in the world. The technician after checking told the RO filter life is gone, and need to fit a new one. As there was 1 year replacement warranty so he did it immidiately. But I asked- What Next..? I mean each month I have to change the RO filter(which costs 2750/-)? Tech replied with a SMILE- ‘You have to clean the Sedement Filter(which company is not providing with the Purifier and I asked to fit) on a regular interval. Also when the waste water-flow slows down then you can call me for servicing’. Then there was a mountain of questions in my mind and I understood I am Trapped now. My last question was- ‘After 1 yr, I have to call you for servicing each month right…? Each month 1 RO filter, each month Sediment filter cleaning, also there are many other filters and their damages and service charge…’, and again there was a SMILE.I purchaged this product bcz of Sachin Tendulkar is its BA. And now I understood the SCAM from purifier companies. Still I am in the middle of this COMA that WHAT NEXT…????
