Value of money
Here’s my review of the Lloyd 1.5 ton split inverter AC.Undoubtedly, this is the best AC in the 30-35K range. I am also using another brand’s AC, but Lloyd is best due to its features, quality, energy efficiency, cooling, and size.However, the installation experience was horrible and took an unacceptable 4 hours time. The team was unprofessional and charged me INR 3600. Please be aware of this and Amazon’s team should address this issue promptly.Otherwise, customers may prefer to buy from physical stores, where installation details and charge are clear.

Installation charges are too high
Cooling is good. Remote display is too small. The humidity option sometimes doesn’t shows on AC display. Overall AC is good but the worst part is their installation charges. I provided them extra 3m copper wire and outdoor unit stand, even though they charged 1175/- for installation,250/- for stand installation and 250/- per meter copper wire installation. Overall only installation cost me Rs4800/- approx which is huge. You are bound to get it installed by them else warranty won’t be covered.

As far as product concerned will say meeting the clear expectation. However, I assume after sale service is also prime part of the product. I won’t say any installation workmanship related issue. But, the service treatment was clearly pathetic, the brand service provider was more interested in KKT code with multiple follow ups, rather, what’s going on the site. Didn’t ask if I’m comfortable with work or not. Also, shall add other the fixed charged I had to pay additional (Rs. 1200), that’s too without bill. Top of that Technician asked can I take remaining copper pipes of about 2mtr+. And many more things can’t explain here.In totality brand has to work a lot in after sales, to maintain customer confidence. How, about brand people themselves calls and ask for feedback? Don’t see it’s happening ever ….anyway

installation charges Beware please
First of all, the product received is in good condition and the product is working fine. it cools good and appropriate for 150square meter area with very less noise as mentioned by the seller, but there is one problem the seller have mentioned the 1 Year on the product, 5 Years on Component (including PCB) and 10 Years on the Compressor, but I am unable to verify that so that may be an issue.Secondly, the installation charges I have to pay in total 5000Rs; 999 plus gst + copper wire cost if u require more than 3 meter then extra flow pipe because in box length is too small + extra wire charge + outdoor unit stand charge. This is interesting if u provide outdoor unit stand from your side, then also they will ask u the extra amount to install it along with the installation charge u are already paying and company will also support this scheme
