Extremely Disappointing Product and Customer Service
I purchased the Longway Iron box, and it stopped working within just one month. The customer service was unhelpful, insisting that I send the product to their headquarters in New Delhi. I paid for the courier charges myself. Customer service assured me that I would receive a replacement product, but nothing has happened. This issue has been ongoing for the past 4 to 5 months. Their team is unresponsive; my calls go unanswered, and my emails are ignored. This has been a frustrating and costly experience. I do not recommend this product. I wish I could give it zero star rating.
