Worst product
Worst product and service from the brand..1st i receied a defective product and the replacement product is also not performing well.. it was working like non inverter as tripping on and off with too much lag time..when complained service guys told me like both the in door and out door unit PCB HAS TO BE CHANGED.. i returned the product as i was not interested in using the new product with heart(PCB) replacement.

Budget AC, good cooling
It’s a good AC….after one week, there was a noise in indoor unit due to the fan blade touching the body, technician came and did some adjustments and fixed it. Otherwise good AC, good cooling, can go for it.

Product is good but some parts were missing
The brand technician efficiently installed my new Midea AC unit, but unfortunately, they discovered that the copper coil was missing from the package. After contacting Amazon support, they advised me to purchase the missing copper coil from a local supplier. The cost was 3600/-, but Amazon only provided a reimbursement of 3000/-. According to Amazon’s policy, the maximum reimbursement is 3000/-, so it is recommended to request a replacement rather than purchasing missing parts from local suppliers. Overall, the product is of good quality, but it is puzzling how the copper coil was missing from the sealed package. The brand installer promptly arrived the following work day and provided assistance to the best of their ability.
