I recently purchased a water bottle, and it broke within a few days of usage. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. It feels like I have been cheated by the seller. Given the poor craftsmanship and the fact that it didn’t even last a week, I strongly believe that the seller should come and provide me a refund in cash. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of money. I expected better quality and service.
