An OTG best for Bakers
Initially received the product with a dent on the control panel. But on the same day a replacement was initiated. Replaced the product within 5 days. The OTS (60 ltr) is Filled with all possible features other than digital control panel, but I wouldn’t mind that. The performance is great. It would take a few days to get aligned with the right settings for your favorite dishes which is not a big deal. Overall its a great product with solid build quality, rich feature set and elegant and classic design.The bad part : nothing in particular but you can blame for lack of digital instrument panel

Defect in the iten
The baking tray/ rack is stuck at the top and cannot be removed . It was already placed inside the OTG when we opened it. Plus the sides are scratched. I have paid the entire amount in cash. The product was delivered today at 5:00pm and by 6:15pm I had given a call to the costumer care. I need a replacement AS soon as possible

The mirror door can be changed
 I couldn’t see wht is inside when it’s on. If it’s like this there are more chances of burning the product as it is not visible from outside to take action then and there. Is it same for everyone ? That mirror door?

Worked great for one year. Downhill after that
The product worked great during the first year. After the first 18 months, there was an issue with temperature control but some one fixed it. Even though it was under warranty, I had to pay for a part because I was told that it wasnât covered.Now my warranty is expired and the ovenâs temperature control is fully shot. But despite calling on three different occassions over 45 days, they are not sending anyone for service. The Bajaj customer care is giving me numbers of nearby centers which I am supposed to call myself.It has been an excruciating experience with customer service.The 15K+ I spent on the 60L oven lasted for 18 months max. I am left wondering how to research and buy the right brand next time.
