Good product, not great
Its an OK product, I give it 3 stars.Please note Pros and Cons:1) The toaster is good, it gets the job done quickly.2) Light weight, easy to use.3) 4 slice toaster that can accommodate big/thick bread slices.4) I like the cancel button which can be used to stop midway and pop up the toast incase needed. It also has defrost/reheat buttons but i haven’t tried those yet.Cons:1) Doesn’t toast evenly as it should. I figured it works best at temperature of 3.5. Anything under, the bread gets only semi toasted which is not bad but its not evenly toasted. Anything above 3.5 and it burns unless you pay attention and cancel before it burns.2) Toaster is best for bigger/thicker bread slices and not very suitable for smaller / thinner bread slices. When smaller slices pop up they don’t pop up all the way and you need to push the side bar up and use tongs to pull them out (Have to use plastic tongs or unplug before i use metal tongs) I find that very inconvenient when using smaller bread slices.3) Please note that the plug is 15amps. This won’t fit in smaller sockets, this should have been mentioned in description.4) The side gets hot very quickly and remains so for sometime, ensure its out of reach of children.Another thing to note: My original order that I received was faulty and didn’t work. It definitely looked like it was opened and resealed. Someone had already sent it back to the Seller as the cord was untied and untidily placed in the box. The original amazon tape used to secure the box was cut open and another plain cello tape was used reseal the box.

The product should have a lid on the top
it’s a good product, it gives service as claimed in the introduction, my suggestion is there should be a covering lid so that small insects, dust etc. don’t go inside,
