First of all I must thank for the Amazon for delivering the product in time. This product actually came from Delhi. The packing is good and the product received without any damage and no scratches. The name itself Morphy Richards proves for its genuinity. All the items as mentioned was received. On the day we received the OTG overwe made some butter cookies and choclate cookies, the out come was 100% fine. One small suggestion the company had changed the middle knob. We have to refer the manual for the menu, unlike other OTG oven they could have been mentioned as TOASTING,GRILLING and BAKING which is easy for understand.Overall the working of this OTG oven is very good and worth for the money. This 28 liters oven is very useful for a small family. I will give 5star rating to this Morphy Richards OTG oven

I recently purchased a Morphy Richards 28 RSS 28 Litre OTG at the cost of â¹7199.00. This product is useful for people who are interested in cooking, baking, etc. It enables the user to cook a variety of delicacies by grilling, broiling, roasting, toasting and baking. After extensive research the brands that offer an OTG with the similar features and price range were Borosil and Bajaj.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wishes to hone their culinary skills. This product is equipped with a 3 rack space, crumb tray, rotisserie, etc. It is lightweight and easily portable from one place to another making it convenient to use. However, the temperature and timer knobs do not indicate proper marking making it difficult to set the required temperature and time. Another drawback is the absence of light inside the OTG.I highly recommend this product because it has good value for money and performs up to its expectations.

A must have one in home for all purpose.Had cooked a lot of food in this. Working perfect.Only disadvantage is it burns little bit so had to keep the temp little bit less than suggestions.

Works so well but could have been better
The oven works well. I’ve baked bread, cakes and grilled meat on it. I do have a couple of things I wished were better. First of all, the handling of the package and/or the packing wasn’t perfect. The oven had very light scratches/ slight scuffs when I received it; nothing major though. I have had some other instruments sent out in wooden crates by other sellers, which ensured far better protection of those devices. Secondly, the graduations between the readings were not well thought out. For example, there are 8 graduations between 150 degrees and 200 degrees Celsius; this makes it extra hard to pinpoint where 170 degrees is, for example. This applies to the graduations on the timer too. Third, I found that when using the rotisserie mode, it is difficult to insert the rod once the chicken has been fixed on to the rod. But overall, the functioning of this device has been good and there has been no breakdowns or anything of that sort until date either.That’s about it. Taking one star away for the two problems mentioned above. But I would recommend it, nevertheless.(PS. If any of the other users have found out a solution for the third issue I mentioned above, feel free to give suggestions to ease the process for me in the future)

Great for a house of four
I really like how lightweight it is. It takes a while to figure out the right temperature for each recipe. It would help if the graduations were more clear. In addition, the tray meant for cake trays is a little less wide than I would have liked, which means, you have to be extra careful while placing the tray in, or it slips. Overall, a great purchase! I am very satisfied with how my baked goods turned out.
