Built quality is good. display is big and legible to read. Touch response is good with beep sound. 8 level of roasting is easy and convenient with remaining time display. Bread of different size and thickness can be used. Bread get toasted perfectly and evenly covering all corners with crisp. Pops up with a beep sound which is added advantage. The product is Made in China.Note: Seller shipped the Item directly with product box. Not inside Amazon Box. Kindly be careful.

Terrible product and worst after sales service
The product stopped working within 9 months. Repeatedly complained to their after sales service team and they sent someone to check it who confirmed itâs spoilt and they would replace it. Itâs been 20 days and still no replacement. The reasons they are giving is that I bought it on Amazon and not at a retail store and hence the process can take a very long time. Theyâve stopped responding and answering calls now. Please refrain from buying any products of this company.

The product box was broken, however when I opened it the led display didn’t work, and the toaster didn’t even turn on.
