This is one of the best products that I have ever bought (and I’ve bought lots)
I have been living in a beautiful hill station, since the lockdown. Though a paradise, the monsoons become a bit of a challenge, as the humidity is 99% almost all the time. Clothes don’t dry and then stink and I was looking at getting a tumble dryer.Then I came across this Mr. Dryer. I was intrigued. It seemed like a logical solution to my problems. I ordered it. It was delivered on time. But alas, the motor didn’t work. Got onto Amazon for a return. But before I could process that, I got a call from a very polite, helpful and efficient lady from the company. I told her that I wanted the product and didn’t want to return it, but the motor wouldn’t work. She quietly asked whether it would be okay if she sent in a new motor. I said sure. The new motor arrived in a few days.And ahhhhh. This unit works like a charm. It has solved all my problems with wet clothes. It works brilliantly, as long as you do not overload it. Crisp, dry clothes in a couple of hours, everytime.The wardrobe is of good quality fabric. I have the pleasant blue. The pipes are steel and strong. Easy to assemble. Good instructions. The motor works quietly and efficiently. The timer on the motor is spot on.I love this purchase that I have made and I thank the creators of this product for their enterprise and ingenuity in making this simple solution available for us. A tumble dryer would have hogged valuable space throughout the year. Whereas, with this unit, once the sun is out, I can store it for the next monsoon, in just a small space.There are many good products in the marketplace. I believe that the true good product is the one which is backed up by excellent and caring support. Well this product fits that perfectly. Asha at the company is a wonderful lady to deal with and very ably, politely and happily dealt with the initial teething issues that I had.I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who would like to have their linen and clothes dry in high humidity conditions. Very effective clothes dryer
It is an awesome product. Dries clothes within few hours in extreme Delhi winter. Really like the product. Only thing is it was delivered late outside the expedited window I requested. But was easy to assemble and use. All bars are equal, so I was bit confused about long and short bar initially. Once assembled, it worked like a charm. Thanks

I had plan for cloth dryer for long because of raining season and wintersBut acrually choice in india is not that much, i investigate about samsung and bosh drying mashin but1. it couldnt be placed on balcony2.i asked some people who use it it is not drying cloth fullyWhen i found this option i was quite skeptical but it was 10 times cheaper than bosh so i decide to give a try and it come out my best purchase from amazonIt does its work very nicely! in 2 hours one bucket of cloth was fully dry even jeansEasy to assamble and deassemble as well as for me it is seasonal use only so very importantIf you spread cloth nicely you no need even to press casual clothI use it to dry my sport shoes after washing and it is much better then to dry under sunVery helpful for school uniform dryingI feel dryer cover it could be of white/ beige or gray color to look better in interrior, but light blue is also not that badAnd most important is best customer care which i never seen before.They called themself after some days order was delivered and ask how product is going, so i was having problem with fixing wheels because i didnt see manual properly and with help of video call problem been solved in one minute! But in addition they send me additional wheels right away without any charges even though problem was from my side.

After looking @ positive reviews purchased this. Am an old customer of Mr dryer Dryer group after sale service also to good , I think Kawachi product Mapped Mr Dryer product review for selling their product . But when it comes to performance, itâs very poor. After 3 hour power waste, small cloths are also wet. I got a defected product from the company. Main Motor is defected which one I’ve got from Kawachi . Steel pipes are less and not good quality. During monsoons drying of clothes was always a problem. Didnot want to spwnd 30-40k for another huge machine and the space it wud occupy.Browsing through amazon products got me to this wonderful product.Was a bit sceptical but the reviews looked promising, also took a bet with the lesser price.The dryer actually surpassed all my expectations. Absolute need of the hour Clothes dryer in rainy places
Bought this on a recommendation of a friend. Installation took about 10 mins. Make sure it is done as per information provided or you may have to redo it.This dryer is a fantastic makeshift clothes drying idea which can easily replace those expensive 30000 dryer machines. A full load of 6kg can be dryed in about 2 hours after a spin and non dripping condition. The clothes feel fresh and stink free. They feel as good as they are out of a expensive dryer..The best part is it utilises less space and you can easily remove it post rains and reassemble it every year.Only part i found flimsy were the chains used to open close. They arent smooth and feel brittle. Thats the place improvement can be done. Otherwise a total value for money product
