Love this for my lattes. Im a big Starbucks drinker and this nespresso has curbed that habit. I pass by Starbucks to come home to my nespresso many times as it is that good. It is not difficult to use but it canât be used by newbies with ease (for the latte component). The instruction to put that part together are great but when I have guests, I need to show them how to put the milk frothed part into the machine bc itâs not intuitive. The regular espresso capsule part is intuitive and easy to use. I highly recommend buying one. My fiancé and I love it.

I bought this product despite many bad reviews of the milk frother (Rapid Cappuccino System) hoping that I would have better luck. I received this product on January 25, 2020, and for the next three days was able to enjoy the milk frother in making lattes. Although it was still inconvenient using the milk frother. Every after preparation, you have to press the clean button and it would flush the system. Then you have to fill the chamber with milk for your next latte. But then when you put it back on it would not turn on/start. We have to disconnect and take apart the parts, shake all the water out that may have come from the “flushing”, then put it back on. All the times we have made lattes the first 3 days, we have to do this and not only once but several times to get it to work and make the next latte. Very, very inconvenient!!! Well today, February 3, 2020, the milk frother system finally died and would not turn on at all. I called the Nespresso number and an agent helped me troubleshoot this thing for about 45 minutes and still nothing worked. Finally the agent gave up and adviced me to return it to Amazon and request for replacement or refund. I did that and was unlucky enough to get an Amazon agent who did not seem to know what he was doing. He gave me a hard time …almost like he did not want to accept the return and process a refund.

Very easy to use, not so easy or intuitive to program. Looks good but most importantly it brews a cup of coffee at top notch nespresso quality. Cleaning the nozzles are a bit of a hassle as you need to soak them instead of just hiding them down but the pieces come off easy enough and the quality of the coffee is consistent
