Stopped working in a month and not charging
Bought the phone with charger option. The phone doesnt charge anymore. Probably defective item. Not the old nokia we know. No warranty also. Wasted money buying online. Edit: Raised complaint through nokia customer care Hmd global. After a few mails they have exchanged the phone now and its working fine.

Worst after sales Service.
I’ve bought this product in April 2024, and just 3-4 months later, in August 2024, due to some issues, this device lost its display, so I visited the Nokia service center in Surat, but at that center, a guy said they don’t entertain repairing of any keypad mobile and advised me to contact the seller; in this case, Amazon is my seller, but I didn’t find any way to contact the customer executive of Amazon. Later I also tried to contact the Nokia company for after-sales service via chat and call but didn’t get any response from them, and at last I’ve visited a local store near me and paid him 250/- to replace the display of this phone. I just want to say that if anyone is planning to purchase this product, then I’ll say it’s a great phone, but the Nokia after-sales service brings a shame for this.
