Awesome, using for 3 months and it’s works in summer as well.One thing that I did not like is power consumption is to much if you use it too much I was using it for 8 hours my electricity went to above 2500Despite off all this it’s a good product for using if you are not concerned for electricity.Noice is very low.Light weight.Safety also comes first for orpat very good wire and good material used.Durability good I have not seen any problem yet.

15amp AC plug must
I liked the light weight and functioning of heater.Both heater and fan function working fine.But , be aware this heater need 15amp plug. This is must for 1000/2000 watt appliance in order to function properly. No doubt about it. But the problem is length of the wire. It is just 3ft. Not at all enough.We have this 15amp AC plug provision in the top of the room for Air conditionin connection. So you need very big ladder to plug and keep at the same height another big chair needed. every time operation, you have to climb. Very difficult to operate.Atlast, today i made ready a extention box worth 500rs with 3meter cable. So, we are not touching the heater to protect warranty & proper functioning.Second issue, thermostat not functioning as claimed in manual. Auto setting of thermostat knob not working. Everytime, we have to adjust the knob depends upon the room temperature.

Decent product for a decent price
I bought this product for use in cold weather Orpat OEH-1260 2000-Watt Fan Heater.Pros:1.The build is decent, however it cannot take a fall.2.The knobs are easy to use and understandable3.Heats up a 10x 15 feet room in decent time and auto cut off is working now.Cons:1.The power plugs is a 15 amps – meaning it will not plug into normal electrical plug points. Needs bigger plug point, what is normally used for heavy duty products. This is a big drawback as you may need newer power points in your room2. The knobs are plastic and needs to be handled carefully3. The build quality is decent and a fall will damage the product4. The number of heater coils are less and takes more time compared to other products. Could not test if it is really 2000 watt as claimed.5. Needs some space all around as there is air intake and blowing happening6. Irrespective of the colour you choose, the vendor will send one of his choice (cheapest) only.Overall a decent product at a decent price point. Started using let me see how long it lasts.

Received defective product
Beware! â ï¸ The heater caught bursted into fire when I switched on. Immediately switched off, moved it outside and poured water to put off the fire. Something worse would have happened if I was not conscious about it..

Good product for medium size room
My old orpat heater got burnt but it worked well till it lasted. Hence I purchased this one, it is better than my old model, it has thermostat control and 2 heat setting similar to old one. Body looks robust.Only complaint I have with most blowers is that their cord leangth is less. My current house has 15A switch at a height and it becomes difficult to connect because of the height.
