Beater is very good i have been using since 10 days for baking, beating the coffeeand cooking purposes it ia very easy to clean with perfect handling and Size of the machine is just perfect as my kitchen is very compact it doesn’t required much space. Not a Great choice for South India. No Service Centre
Got this product seeing the rate and I must say it was a wrong choice especially if you stay anywhere in South India.Got this only for batter mixing for cake and did not use for any hard applications. Even after that, the rotating wheel inside got damaged and the product stopped functioning. I tried tracking Orpat service centers across Kerala and was in vain. Tried contacting the service number through the website to find out the THERE IS NO SERVICE CENTER FOR HOME APPLIANCES OF ORPAT IN SOUTH INDIA. They adviced me to repair it locally.I am happy with the built quality and all. Handy, perfect weight also. Now got a Philips Hand mixer. Perfect.So I suggest you put some more money and go for a better one.

as usual, packing was good.delivery took longer than expected.pros :–cheap-2 sets of blades.dough kneader(hook) good enough to make chapatti dough.blades come off easy-easy to clean.blades pop out with the push of a button-5 speeds.powerful motor-2 yr warranty!!cons:–bit heavy.becomes an issue when elders or children use it-no base,no bowl(i keep it in a dawara in between mixing)-short cord(~1m).(seriously… my shaver has a bigger cord..)becomes an issue when you don’t have plug-points at table level-plasticky, fragile body.may not survive accidental drops.-not slow enough for slow mixing.all in all a cheap decent enough mixer.good if you want to get into baking and pastries etc.. but don’t want spend a lot of money..

CHEATING COMPANY!! FAKE ADDRESS AND CONTACT NUMBER!!! DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS..
Please never ever buy this product.. Orpat means Cheating Company and defective products!!!! I used this f**** hand blender just two times only, while blending the butter suddenly its stopped working, i tried again it didn’t work then i came to know the connecting nob was broken, while shaking the blender i got the sound of nob dancing inside.. I couldn’t return it because i used the product after a month of purchasing.. The only option is WARRANTY!!! So i called the customer care number given in the orpat website.. +91 â 02822 â 230491, 02822-391100-391111 , if u call the first number you’ll always hear the BEEP sound, second number will be ringing for years but nobody will answer!!! Third will never ever connect!! So i searched for the service centre and found the Chennai address (WHICH WAS VERY NEAR TO MY PLACE)No 149, Near Fly Over, Kodambakkam High Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai â 600024, Tamil Nadu, India.(+91)(044) 66427799After 1 hour of Calling the given number , searching and enquiring the address to the nearby shops and came to know the given Address was also a FAKE ONE!!!!So i took this to a local shop(s) in Parrys and cinthathiripet to repair, Orpat is not a well known brand if it is Bajaj means i can try for the spare parts but these unknown brand we can’t find the spare parts!! Very same answer from all the shopkeepers!! So please please don’t buy any product from this cheatinv Company pls spend some more money and buy Branded products like Bajaj, philips , Morphy etc.. (Spending Money is easy rather spending Energy and time)I really don’t understand why Amazon have links with these types of Cheating companies …
