Cooling is good.
2 months use review. Service and installation was good. Cooling is great. Mireai app is actually useful. Sleep mode is customisable through app, which I use all the time. The product looks sturdy enough. Remote is small handy and useful. Will give long term review later.

True Smart and Efficient
This is a True Smart Ac ..initial days now …Can be operated from anywhere provided the AC is connected to a WiFi network.MIRAIe app and its features is a blissApp shows daily energy consumption ,but not verified with actual usage till now.No night chills due to customized Sleep profiles .Delivery and Installation done within 15 hrs by Panasonic . Charges around 3000.Negative – Indoor plastic quality and finish can be improved a lot … I have an 9 yrs old LG AC ,whose plastic quality is far better. Inconsistent gaps in the indoor unit.

Product stopped working within 10 days of installation and delivery
The Panasonic AC was delivered to me on 10th of July 2024 and it was installed on same day. however, the product only worked for till 17th July 2024 and suddenly stopped cooling around 3 pm. Thereafter it didn’t work on 18th July 2024 and a complaint was given to the technician who installed the product. then i called the Authorised service centre and informed about the issue they told me that the technician will come on 20th July as he is busy installing 6 ACs somewhere. The next morning technician came and checked the ODU and found that the gas has leaked, and due to damage to the internal pipe. He removed the Outdoor unit and told me that a replacement will be sent immediately. However, it can take 2-3 days. Now, that time has also elapsed i am still waiting for my replacement. If I call, the service centre they don’t give me clear time about the replacement of the product. This is harassment on behalf of the company and amazon as no one is doing anything to address the issue. Worst experience till now and even worst product.

Perfect AC, but…
AC is perfect & super saver, At this price point smart 1ton Inverter 3 star is perfect for my ground floor 8 by 12 feet room.Only prob I was facing at the time of installation only, AC was delivered next day early morning so I asked delivery guy to keep it on my lawn, when installation guy came in they found copper pipe was missing, it means package was opened by delivery guy and they removed the pipes, checked with amazon & they asked me to pay to installation guy and claim from them, which they paid it to me on my amazon pay wallet.Only concern is, there may be some other stuff which was missing from the box, the quality of the pipe may be better than the pipes provided by local installation guyIts better to send the list and delivery guy must do open box delivery. Or if you are getting same price from local shop then go for it.

****ATTENTION**** WORST EVER AC***** PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY*****
 This product and brand is a sham. We bought this product last month on 4th of April 2022. The experience from the very beginning was a nightmare. We had to do multiple follow ups to even get it installed. When at last, the installation guy came and opened the box, we found that the copper pipe was missing and had to buy it separately for â¹3200. And now just after a month the AC has stopped working. We raised a service request and the ticket was forwarded to Panasonic Service Agency (SRI NIKHIL DIGITAL SERVICES – Sanyo Service Center K.v.rangareddy, Telangana) and Spoke to *Mr. Gangadhar Reddy* (most annoying person ever he even abused us multiple times), he sent a technician and they told us that the outer unit isn’t working, there is a GAS LEAKAGE. Technician even told me that they are receiving a lot of complaints regarding such issues. Technician visited again and did the welding work inside the outdoor unit for which he has to dismantle the entire outdoor unit. After he completed the work, technician asked us to TURN ON the AC. The moment we switched ON the AC the master MCB got tripped and the technician kept repeating the same thing again and again. As a result of which the Master MCB got tripped *THRICE*. Technician told me because of this tripping issue (some wrong wiring connection from his end) the indoor to outdoor wire might has blasted and his manager *(Gangadhar Reddy) called me and asked to pay â¹1500-2000* to change the wiring. He wanted us to pay this amount without any reason. He was extremely rude and clearly said they can’t do anything about it. *Infact, he even closed the service request without our consent. We raised another service request as the issue was not resolved but *Gangadhar Reddy* *again closed the second ticket.* We are now struggling to get this AC replaced. Such a horrible experience. We usually buy Voltas AC. This was the first time we tried Panasonic and it was such a huge mistake.
