Convenience
It does the work more fun and convenient. It takes a bit of learning curve though to use the steam efficiently and how to hold the garment etc, but very useful. Very efficient with knitwear like tshirts and de-wrinkles in seconds. Woven material takes some more effort. Hot plate feature adds more function.Build quality and finishing is a bit plasticky and could be better. Overall worth the buy.

If you think that you can iron clothes easily , you are wrong , it just gives a little texture, good for t shirts , but waste if you want you get satisfactory results.

Good product
I was reluctant to buy this product due to a number of negative reviews. However, after using it, I would like to add a few things:1) This is not a substitute for iron. It is useful for delicate clothes which cannot be ironed the usual way, like embroidered clothes, coats, blazers, jackets etc. It performs very well on these clothes.2) Even for regular machine washed clothes it works well and can be used even on horizontal surface.3) The only drawback is the low water holding capacity which is just enough for 1 or 2 garments at Max. However, the steamer has decent weight to it and any more water would make it quite heavy to work with.4) Some reviews said that there wasn’t a continuous steam and only intermittent steam was visible. This is true for the first minute or so till the steamer gets sufficiently hot even after the light has gone off. But then, there is a continuous steam discharge.Overall I’m happy with the product as I bought it for heavy clothes only.

Useful and Handy
A useful product to have . No way replaced a traditional iron but does a good job removing wrinkles from folded clothes . Especially on dresses and silk/ satin material . Easy to use . Yes the water holding permits you to use the product for a maximum of 2 garments but as mentioned this is not a substitute for a traditional iron
