PLEASE DONT BUY – NOISE IS JUST THE BEGINNING
This is one of the worst products from Philips. The mixer grinder so much noise that entire community in your surrounding can hear it. And this is not even the worst part of it.I have put in soaked Urad dal for grinding and in 30 seconds the batter has become boiling hot as if we are heating water on cooking stove.Now the worst part,Amazon wont take responsibility for it as product is not damaged as per their policy. They asked me to contact manufacturer.Philips Customer Service / Technician says it is known defect for noise as it is very powerful machine. Secondly because of this any grinding become heated within matter of seconds.So when Philips knew this is known defect, why to sell. Hope this happens only in INDIA where customers are taken for a rise.

Delivered on time. Looks good and sturdy. Vacuum shoes in the bottom keep the unit intact. Only unhappy about too big steel jar for blending or making shakes. Also a silicon spatula should have been supplied with the unit to ease transferring contents from the jars.
