The product seems to be of substandard, because by the second use only the safety valve blew off & I brought it to the notice of their customer care for which they never responded.initially when I ordered this combo cooker of 2&3 litres they supplied a 5 litres cooker which I had to return & get the right product which I wanted. Their services are very bad.
