DO NOT BUY this product as it doesn’t meet the performance expectations as mentioned. After the purchase of the product they changed the 10 DAYS RETURN POLICY into only 10 DAYS SERVICE REPLACEMENT. Its a BIG SCAM that I felt from the product and the Amazon Customer Care Team,they just neglecting our concern regarding the product issues and the RETURN of the this SCRAP. It’s is very much useful who are using coconut on regular basis. It has best feature for such product usage with all safety parameter. I saw lots of negative review about this product so I was little bit confuse initially but now after receiving and using it I found it more useful and recommend to everyone. People need to understand more about this product from user manual and they can interact with brand service team which I did. It’s safety lid is in a way makes it very flexible. As you are paying premium compared to other products available in the market but its worth for safety of our family members only. It’s not as expected
The Scraper is not scraping the whole coconut from the shell, it’s only removing the center portion. It’s a waste of money.I tried to return this product, but they are not accepting it.

Appearance good. Compact. Efficient. Safe to use.But cleaning is not that easy. It is very difficult to takevthe blade out. Coconut scrapings will be sticking in the wedge where we fix the blade. Cleaning that area is not easy. Disappointed with Preethi Coconut ScrapperI recently purchased a Preethi coconut scrapper through Amazon. Unfortunately, upon receiving the item, I discovered it was defective. When I contacted Amazon customer care, they advised me to reach out to the Preethi brand service center.However, after contacting the service center, they were initially hesitant to send a technician for repair. Thankfully, after some back-and-forth, they scheduled a visit for next Monday.While I understand that defects can happen, this whole experience has been inconvenient. If I had purchased the scrapper from a local store, I could have inspected it beforehand and ensured it was working properly.

It is not that easy as made out.
First of all, it is not that easy as is made out by the manufacturer. One need to put in lot of efforts to get the coconut scraped and it is not possible to scrape the entire coconut. Thirdly, finding it difficult to remove the blade/attachment and one may get hurt while removing it.Overall, it is not worth the amount one pays for the product as it is easy to scrape using the conventional method.While I had purchased it after seeing their advertisement in WhatssAP, i now repent for having gone for it.
